Get lost in Paris

Paris is a city with many faces that hide a large number of unusual places. I love the City of Lights for its diversity, whether human, cultural or architectural, I am constantly rediscovering the city dear to my heart, which never stops to surprise me. I love to get lost in the capital and let chance take me to places I didn't know before I discovered them.

It was last weekend during one of my weekly walks with a friend that I was able to discover the Little Belt of Paris. An old railway that amazed me, which I will now present to you.

The Little Belt, an atypical walk

The Little Belt, is an old railway track that has been abandoned since 1934. Its rails are now overgrown with flowers and greenery, bringing a rural feel to the heart of the city. From Porte d'Auteuil, walk in a real forest for 20 minutes that will make you forget that you are in Paris. Between the trees, the small path and the flowers, you will spend a unique moment far from the hustle and bustle of Parisian life. This small path, still unknown to most people, is the ideal place to relax.

At the exit of this greenway, towards the subway La Muette in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, you will discover La Gare, an unusual restaurant built in the former train station Passy-la-Muette. Between modern cuisine and refined decoration, this restaurant is the ideal place to relax and spend a good time with friends. With a large terrace, this trendy establishment is one of the neighbourhood's most popular places and a must-see at the end of your walk.

I therefore recommend this outing to anyone wishing to discover an atypical Paris for an afternoon between nature and relaxation.
